I received the subscription pack from amazon and posted back the activation code as instructed. After receiving nothing for 2 months, I rang Amamzon who told me to ring BBC magazines, who told me to ring Amazon, who told me to ring BBC magazines etc etc. 7 phonecalls later I have finally managed to get a refund.

I have paid for the annual 8 issue subscription. Received the activation code and followed instructions to activate
BUT I am expected to pay AGAIN a similar price for a 4 issue subscription!!
All Amazon will do is give me an 0844 phone number to sort it out myself! This would cost me at least £3 plus.
I thought my ‘contract’ was with Amazon? I have asked for a refund.
