It’s a subscription to a popular magazine, so it shouldn’t be any hassle but it takes ages to get the first issue. Also you buy it like any thing else and it’s delivered (in a box!) like a normal product, why? When I opened the box all I got were instructions to log onto the Internet (this could have been sent by e-mail as soon as I had paid for it).

Just too much messing around, the whole process could be speeded up and the price could be reduced.

So there is nothing wrong with the actual product at all, there is a lot wrong with the processes you need to go through to actually start receiving it however!
