I ordered these magazines over 2 months ago and have still not received anything. Readers Digest are totally useless when you call them and their right hand doesn’t know what their left hand is doing. Such a shame as I have always enjoyed reading the magazine, maybe going down another route might have been better as neither of the people I spoke to at Readers Digest had ever heard of Amazon!! Anyway, I’ve asked for it to be sorted or I want a refund.

Great service and a great price from Amazon. Unfortunately when the reply card was sent on to Readers Digest they seem to have lost it and to date we have received no copies of the magazine. Disappointing, as this was supposed to be a Christmas present.

I bought this subscription as a gift. We received the initial “welcome pack” and were told the first issue would arrive in 4-6 weeks. Nothing arrived and we eventually phoned a helpline. We were told that Readers Digest have gone into administration and didn’t have to send us anything!! Fair enough – credit crunch etc but we get no refund from anyone plus Amazon are still selling it on their website! DON’T BUY IT – YOU WONT RECEIVE IT.

Bought this as a present to be delivered to another person at another address. So far they have received one magazine initially and I have received four subsequent magazines (not meant to be delivered to me!!) Shouldn’t have bothered.

I bought this as a gift for someone and they love it. It arrived on time and they have had no problems with the subscription.
