The item turned up in good time, but when i tried to enter the code online to start my Focus subscription, it wouldn’t allow the code for that magazine type????
Despite e-mailing BBC subscriptions customer service a number of times, they haven’t even had the decency to reply to me. Disgusting!

The Amazon part of this is, as usual, flawless. It was ordered and delivered in snap.
The next part (in the hands of the BBC) is a bit long-winded and confusing. You have to fill in some on-line forms and wait for confirmations by post and another form to fill in and post back to the BBC.
Then 2 months later you start getting magazines in the post.
But it’s still a nice gift.
Personally, Focus is a bit ‘dumbed down’, but I think it makes a nice and refreshing view into all things techie for anyone.

I bought the annual subscription for my 10 yr old son he loves it .It is full of so many interesting articles for anyone interested in science and technology now and in the future but not at all nerdy! Alll the family reads it and then we pass it onto friends excellent value .
